20110159[Edit Inv] is the 990 in the same office that's on Win10 but 
needs to be GFA'd

This laptop was located in WEST 110 and it started making a 
crackling sound when turned on. Sent to PDR back in 
August and was supposed to get replaced. Was GFA can it 
be replaced? Two people use this office Javid Farjami and 
John Hasbrook
