Delivered and setup. Got her scanner working, told her to 
call if she has any more issues we might give her a new 
graphics card

Replaced vgacable with a new one and new adapter. 
I'm not sure what caused this to happen, it may be 
a graphics card issue since it happened to both 
monitors.

Jenna called earlier today about her monitors 
going out all of a sudden. She got them to come 
back on again. She called again just now with the 
same issue, got them to work again but would like 
someone to come see what the problem is
