Went down and helped her with this. It was 
scanning as a jpeg and I showed her how to change 
that to a PDF.

I received a Service Request for a scanning 
issue you are having. When would be a good time 
to come over and look at this. I have something 
today at 3:30 to 4 and tomorrow at 9. Besides 
that I am free.

Chloe is trying to scan something double sided, but 
when it goes through it comes out as two separate 
images, not one double sided paper.
