Hi Thomas,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #75317

Description: Update laptop to Windows 10

It looks like there is a laptop in SHCC 117 that is still on 
Windows 7 with the inventory number W20120566, I know 
we upgraded most of those laptops over the summer but I 
don't remember seeing this one. If you know anything about 
this let me know and I'll get started on the upgrade.
