I checked her browser history and found that cisco had 
blocked a site this morning. None of her info was 
compromised. Ran a sophos scan

now.

Uma says that someone came by around 9:45 (there 
is no ticket) to help with an error saying that 
her computer was compromised. She was told that 
they would come back at around 2:10 but no one 
ever did. She does not know who the tech was. Joe 
mentioned that it might have been Reggie?
