She was using Office 2011 which was preventing 
her computer from updating to the newest OS. I 
reinstalled Mojave OS and ran updates to 
refresh her computer. I told her she has to get 
a newer version of MS office if she wants to 
upgrade to macOS Catalina.

She would like her personal computer updated (to 
what I have no idea) and said that her personal 
computer never works off campus. She would like 
ONLY Reggie to help her. When you get the chance 
shoot her an email to set up a time.
