Hi,

I have a scanner WOU# 20110705[Edit Inv] that stopped 
working.  There is power and when I open and 
close it, it makes the usual sound on my 
computer, but it won't scan.  I tried to see 
what was up in the settings and it shows it is 
there and connected, but I can't click on it 
for more information.
