Good afternoon!

I'm so sorry to bother you about this computer 
again but unfortunately it's still having some 
issues. The computer will turn on but now it 
doesn't have Microsoft Office. The computer has 
had this issue before and it was resolved, but 
I think because the hard drive was replaced 
that problem will need to be fixed again. I'm 
in my office for the rest of the day and all 
day tomorrow if someone has a chance to stop 
by.

Good morning!

One of my students' computers wouldn't turn on 
on Friday and it won't turn on this morning. 
When I press the power button a black and white 
screen comes up that says "Alert! Hard drive 
not found." This computer has had numerous 
issues lately, and I think it may just need to 
be replaced at this point, but I was wondering 
if someone could come take a look at it in the 
meantime. The WOU ID number for the computer is 
20130913[Edit Inv] and it's in room 218 in the Cottage.

I'm around most of the day today, so someone 
could stop by anytime.
