From Sophos:
Manual cleanup required: 'Mal/ExpJS-N' at 'C:\Users\mcmahane\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\f_01481a'

This may already be cleared, as it was in a cache, but please double check to make sure, then run another Sophos scan :)
