Hi Jenna,
Unfortunately, our office does not have the CD 
installer for your ScanSnap machine. I looked 
into it and I can not find a solution for your 
issue besides a reimage.
Please let me know if this is what you would 
like to do and I can get a loaner machine setup 
for you.

I went down there yesterday. I can't seem to find 
the driver online for this specific scanner. I am 
doing more research on how I can fix this.

I will be in the office until 11:45am and then 
again after 1:30pm until 5:00pm.

This morning, my scanner wasn't working - it 
had power and was connected to the computer and 
when I went into the printers & devices it had 
a message that said I need a WIA driver to use 
the device.  Screenshot of the error message is 
attached.  This happened last week and I was 
able to fix it then, by restarting my computer, 
which worked again today.  While it's not a 
huge deal, since I have so far been able to fix 
the issue when it happens, it would be nice if 
I didn't have to restart my computer every time 
I need to use my scanner.  Is this something 
that you can help me with?
