We don't have extras of his adapter. I wanted to 
see if he was missing any adapters. If not we need 
to warranty, and provide a couple of adapters to 
get him on his monitors.

Dana brought back an adapter that doesn't seem 
to be working right.
Power works, no internet, USB ports not 
working, he did clear his Pram to see if that 
would help. He's in all day Wednesday, but you 
can drop a new one off to him whenever his door 
is open. The broken one is in the in box!
