I actually just reimaged this machine, the last 
message was for another ticket. After reimaging 
I installed drivers and additional software.

Computer is slow to do everything. Does not load and 
takes a couple to start. He has tried restarting, 
different browsers, etc. cant access anything on 
computer with normal speed.
