Hi Jennifer,
I received your service request for the printer 
in ITC 001. I looked into your account and saw 
that you do not have any print credits. If you 
try to print to any lab printer without print 
credits nothing will come out of the printer 
when you hit print. You can purchase print 
credits through your department. 
If you have any other questions or issues 
please let me know.

Hi UCS,
I am teaching in ITC 001 and need to be able to 
print from the teaching station (20150048) to 
the printer in the room (Xerox Versalink.) I 
had UCS come work on it last quarter but it 
never seemed to get fixed. The computer has the 
printer driver but when you hit print it 
appears to load, then just disappears.

Same thing is happening on my Mac laptop. We 
are moving into the part of the quarter where I 
have them printing and I need to be able to 
show them how.
