I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75488

Description: **Computer is dead

I'm just checking-in with you regarding computer 
W210140350. You dropped it with us about a week 
ago. We weren't able to get the computer working, 
it is completely black. However, we were able to 
get the hard-drive working, so we can at least get 
your files off the computer. Let me know if this is 
something you want to do. You can email me or call

Computer can't turn on. Completely dead, I emailed 
her to see if she wants her files off her 
computer. It's on the standup desk.

Hi Emily,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75488

Description: **Computer won't turn on

I'm Katherine, I helped you earlier with your 
computer. It looks like your computer is 
completely dead. We were only able to turn it 
on for about a second before it died again. It 
looks like it is not GFA replaceable, and your 
department would have to purchase this if you 
want to replace it. However, the hardrive is 
still working, this means we can take the files 
off the computer. You can stop by later today 
to looks through your files if you would like.
