Hi Laura,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75507

Description: Laptops not working well

I'm Katherine from UCS. I helped update the 
Macbooks for the classrooms. Since they were very 
up to date, it took a little longer the usual to 
update all of them. I finished 20130797[Edit Inv] and 
20150423[Edit Inv], but I'm still working on 20150539[Edit Inv]. I'll 
have a tech come by Monday morning to finish it 
off, before classes are in full session. Let me 
know if  you have any questions. I left the sticky 
note that this was still updating.

20150935[Edit Inv] 
is giving on teacher in particular a hard time, 
when I log in it's fine, when he logs in there is 
a pop up error that says he needs to put in his 
keychain password, which he doesn't have, and then 
if you press cancel it pops up again. The popup 
also forces to the front of the screen, so he 
can't use it to project images for class.

Is running very slow, and giving a rainbow wheel 
every time something is clicked. It's not very 
useful for class presentations because it eats up 
time. I was wondering if there's some sort of 
harddrive clean or any advice to speed it up.
