I need some additional information regarding

Description: Window start up repair issue

Looks like we were able to reimage your cpu. When 
would be a good date and time for a UCS Tech to 
visit your office and swap out your computer for 
the loaner? We also have your data back up files  
from your old computer to transfer over to your 
profile. Please let us know what time works for 
you.

ran diagnostics on harddrive and re-imaged 
successfully. Sending email for return.

At my desk, completely not imaging or working. 
Tried another harddrive and still the same issue. 
May be a mother board or cpu issue
