One of the HL-Ref West printers is jammed. WOU 
# 20180329[Edit Inv]. When I went to look at it, it had a 
black film coming out of the area where printed 
paper comes out. In the back there is a paper, 
jammed up in the top portion (I left behind the 
film that came out it behind the printer).
