Service Request Desk,

Please start a ticket for Laurie as she has 
called me this morning to report her computer 
is not functioning at all.  She got the Dell 
symbol but then just two black monitors after 
it boots. 



Laurie,

The quickest way to get this resolved is to get 
it into the UCS Tech work queue by emailing 
helpdesk@wou.edu or calling the Service Request 
desk at 503-838-8925.  They where very busy 
yesterday with the Emergency lab cleaning and 
had not gotten to this email yet.  I have let 
them know you are completely not functioning at 
the moment.

Laurie called in again and said the gray band on 
the monitor is back and expanding, she wants to 
move along with the GPU upgrade, ideally Monday 
between 1:00 - 3:00
