Do you have any more details about this? I handle a lot of different printing issues, so I'm not sure which one this is. When was the request placed? What machines are involved? Thanks.

Hi Daniel,
Since your machine is a different model than 
the original one that it replaced, Tricia gave 
me a whole not WOU number for it. I also need 
to grab the NIC off the machine for inventory 
records. When you have some available time 
could I come down to do these things.
