Otto, our Division Administrative Assistant to 
let you in. Just make sure to lock the door on 
your way out.

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75617

Description: **3/4 @2:00 PM Mac OS Update NO 
REIMAGE

I'm Katherine, I helped you yesterday with your 
computer. I was able to update your computer to 
Mojave and it looks like it is working correctly. 
I'm just checking-in to see if you have any 
issues or questions?

There is one last update that needs to be done 
with the computer, that we just noticed from our 
system. It will quick, and you don't need to be 
there. Do you mind if I can come by tomorrow at 
12:00 PM, would it be okay if I get the office 
administrator to let me in?

Dear Katherine:

Do I need to be there for that full time (half a 
day)? Or, how does this process work? My office 
hours are from noon - 2:30 on Mon/Wed during the 
next three weeks so maybe one of those days could 
work? Again, I’m not sure what I need to do 
during the process. For example, can I meet with 
a student while the UCS staff person is working 
on my computer?
