I just wanted to give you an update on your laptop. We are hoping we can get the motherboard replaced but our team has been in charge of cleaning all the labs on campus so it could be another couple days before we can get it back to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Megan,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75624

Description: **Computer freezing

We did some additional testing on the computer, 
and so far it has passed all its tests. We 
updated the drivers and the problem still occurs. 
We are thinking that something might have gone 
wrong during the installation of Windows 10. Is 
there anyway we can reimage the computer? It 
basically means we would wipe everything 
completely and install a fresh Windows OS. Is 
this something we can do? Is there any saved on 
the computer you would like to keep? I know you 
only had your computer for a few days, but I just 
want to double-check with you.

I think it might be overheating, it hasn't freezed 
yet and the fans doesn't rev as hard anymore.
