Hi Piper,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75625

Description: Wireless keyboards & mice

I'm Katherine with UCS. I looked at NS 004 for 
the mouse and keyboards that you said were not 
working. Looks like the USB dongle that connects 
to the computer so the mouse/keyboard can be 
wireless is missing. I don't know if it got 
misplaced, or stolen, but we can't replace them 
with anything except with a wired mouse and 
keyboard. I connected those earlier today, so 
they are ready for tomorrow. Let me know if you 
have questions or feel free to contact our front

Hello,

Can you have someone come over to NS 004 to 
figure out what's going on with some of our 
wireless mice & keyboards? There are 3 sets 
that are not working -- I don't know if they 
need to be re-synced or what. I replaced the 
batteries in all of them yesterday, but that 
didn't help.

They are at WOU # 20171122[Edit Inv] (station #3), 
20171127[Edit Inv] (station #7), and 20171130[Edit Inv] (station 
#12). I marked them each with a piece of blue 
tape.

We will need to have them up & running by this 
Friday -- the computers will all be in use 
heavily next week for lab classes. 

If they are not fixable, could you bring over 3 
sets if wired keyboards & mice as a backup for 
temporary use until we can order new wireless 
sets?
