Hi Michael,
I came down and fixed the jamming issue in 
WOU#20130698[Edit Inv]. I did multiple test prints to 
make sure it was not going to jam again and 
they all came out successfully.

Michael says that he has taken out all of the 
paper but it still says their is a jam. New PE 2nd 
floor
