Hi Audrey,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75695

Description: Needs help with office

I'm Katherine with UCS. We received a notification 
that your office needs to be activated. We recently 
pushed an update, and caused an issue with a few 
computers. We will need to reinstall office, and 
normally this takes about twenty minutes. When 
would be a good time for a tech to come by to take 
care of this?
