She had other extensions that she needed to 
remove. She said she doesn't know how they got 
there she doesn't use them. i just changed the 
resolution on her cpu

Reggie got my computer back to working order. 
However, my second screen is not working right and 
I need help to fix it. Basically, the resolution 
is not clear. It appears stretched out. Also, my 
Google Chrome is defaulting to some strange search
