I need some additional information regarding 
service request #75729

Description: *3/12* OS update Mac 

I'm Katherine with UCS. I'm currently updating your 
computer and we have made it to High Sierra 10.13, 
and we would like to update it to Mojave 10.14 if 
possible. The Mojave update could take about an  
hour, is this something we can do for you? Or would 
you like us to drop it off soon? Let me know, or if
