Hi Andrew,

I need some additional information regarding service request #75740

Description: Blue screen, Dead HD 

I have the backup of your old profile on a portable Hard Drive in the office. Would you be able to come into the office sometime so we can give you those files? 

We are open 8am-5pm and can do Walk-ins from 9am-12pm. Although i think it would be best if you told us when you would be coming in that way we can be ready for you. Let me know, have a great day!

When would be a good time for our techs to work on this? We can meet you in your office if youre on campus but if youre working from home we would need you to bring the computer in to us.

Hello,

My name is Andrew Nerz, I'm a faculty member 
with the math department.
This morning when I walked into my office, I 
found my computer giving me a blue screen and 
was incapable of starting windows. I've tried 
trouble shooting it with the available options, 
but nothing has worked. 
Would someone be able to fix/replace my office 
computer?
