Hello, 

I just called and spoke to you about the loaner 
laptop. Apparently 1 of the 2 worked fine and 
its just 20131105[Edit Inv] that wasn't working when 
attempting to log into VPN (I think thats 
correct). Thank you!

I cannot find the tickets mentioned, but Savanna 
says that a tech came over to help set up VPN on 
two loaners, but said that one of the computers 
were set up wrong, and didn't fix the other
