Laptop came back from Apple today. They replaced the 
Display Assembly. Need new W# stickers. Sending this 
to Alix. After we have the stickers we can return to 
Cindy.

Thanks for following up. No, I haven't been able to complete a back up yet, BUT I can in the next two weeks. Can I bring it in on August 4th, and will I get a loaner while you are working on it?

Description: Camera not working

We were wondering if you have had time to back up your files? Your laptop is still under warranty and we would like to get your camera issue fixed.

I gave her an old Logitech web camera to user for the new few days.  She was going to work on clearing her desktop of files and she will get back to us on imaging her laptop.

Her laptop camera would not work, we tried resetting SMC, PRAM on her Mac Laptop.  We tried rebooting and also using a different user.  The camera is identified by the system and the green light indicator is on but no applications are getting video.
