I need some additional information regarding service request #75814

Description: Sophos clean up PUA on W20150178

It appears that our virus protection software found potential Malware on your laptop. I would love to have me or another technician meet with you to get this resolved. Is your PC Laptop (20150178) on campus? If not, would you be able to bring it into UCS on campus during our open office hours 9am to noon, 5 days a week. If this isn't an option for you we can work something else out. Thanks for your time an have a great day!
