She picked it up.  We setup Outlook and confirmed 
wireless was working.

I had to reimage the system.  I added Nancy as an 
admin and she will pick up the system today.

Her laptop keeps randomly shutting down. 
Sometimes it wont shut down for hours and 
sometimes all the time. Right now I cant even 
log in without it shutting down on me.

I ran diagnostics which came back fine. Maybe a 
reimage? I would call her about re-imaging 
before doing it.
