I called Apple and they emailed me a Purchase 
Order Request.  I forwarded that to Joanie. They 
said once they receive the PO we will proceed 
similar to a regular warranty request.

Hi Peter,

Thank you for this email. We will call Apple back to 
approve the fix. They will send a box out for us to send 
your machine to them in. Once it is fixed they will send 
the machine back to us and we will contact you for 
pickup.

I just want to make sure that you have all your files 
backup to your H drive? Just incase the machine gets 
wiped.

John can you please call apple back with the case 
number below and say yes to getting the machine fixed. I 
pasted the email to this SR of Peter approving the fix and 
the Index that the $99 dollars will be charged to. 

If the box comes before I work in office the machine is on 
my desk in a bag.

   The computer did get hit but the screen was still there working. Then today it went funny after I touched the screen. I must have finished the job:/  I’m available tomorrow at 9. Do I just come to the main office door?

   The screen went weird. I restarted it and it looks like that. The little light circle at the top is the only thing that lights up. I wiped the camera. Did I press to hard? Can’t believe that would do it.
