Hi Jose,

I need some additional information regarding service request #75871

Description: Sophos PUA found on W20181056

It appears that our virus protection software found potential Malware on your PC. I would love to have me or another technician work on it to get this resolved. Is your PC (20181056) on campus? If not, would you be able to bring it into UCS on campus during our open office hours 9am to noon, 5 days a week. You only need to bring in the PC box, cables, monitors, and other peripherals are not necessary. If this isn't an option for you we can work something else out. Thanks for your time an have a great day!
