No probably not.  I live in Corvallis so I'm 
not on campus ever.  I will have to figure out 
another day I can drive up for it.  I will let

Awesome!  I will be on campus on Wednesday.  Is 
there any way I could pick it up at 5:15?  I am 
running a meeting all day in my office on Zoom 
so I don't want to switch to a new computer in 
the middle of that.  The meeting ends at 5:00 
and then I could run over.  Will that work?

I have assigned W#20190531[Edit Inv] MAC laptop to replace 
W#20141278[Edit Inv] for Alicia Wenzel RWEC127 ED & Leadership 
ASASPI believe she was assigned a loaner but that may be 
under a different sR?  
The laptop is in the bottom left cubbie closest to the 
Window in ITC008 Inventory area(Chat me if you need 
better location info).  I will attach the GFA SETUP form to 
the SR.

she choose the std mac laptop which I will assign in the 
morning to her. and make this sr into GFA for techs

Sent her email with replacement options and waiting to hear 
back.
Just for other general info... this user has refused to let us 
look at her laptop in the past to troubleshoot any issues.

Her laptop randomly shuts down, freezes, and 
disconnects from the ethernet. She would like to start 
the process of getting her laptop replacement.
