He is still having the same issues.  He brought 
his system back in (ITC 007 counter).  We need to 
run diagnostics, Disk Util First Aid.  We might 
need to contact and see about a fresh wipe.

Apple pro bundle but still needs removed from 
loaner.

and scoped to iMac in JAMF.  Apps will 
automatically install.

I talked to Apple Tech and they had me do some 
additional steps and tests and now the HD looks 
good.  Looks like the HD just needed a full 
wipe.  OS is installed, Office, Sophos... needs 
additional software installed.

This computer is having some sort of hardware issue, 
Bradley thinks its either ram or HD. Even after going into 
recovery wiping the drive and installing a new OS on it you 
get the folder with a question mark in it. We are past it 
being a software issue.

I have removed the software from the broken 
machine and scoped it to the loaner. I would run a 
sudo jamf policy on it and it should install.

When Brent brings in his iMac we need to do hardware testing. I also asked his wife to make sure to back up all his files in case we have to reimage.

Asked Shandelle to start a loaner, email Bradley since John is out to ask about getting Apple Pro Apps bundle( Final Cut ProX, Motion 5, Compressor 4, Logic Pro X, MainStage 3) via JAMF managed distribution UCS2019009793 NOV2019; installed on the loaner. 

Brent would like to come by tomorrow to get the loaner.
