Hi Sharyne,
I am just following up with you regarding a service request that we have for you.  (#75956)

Description: finish setting up Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600 Contactless Scanner BOOK SCANNER 

I remember leaving the scanner without finishing the setup, you were able to get it running or do you need me to come finish it?

scanner is in the office with Sharyne. had some issues with the PC we were trying to connect it to. Reimaged that so we are going to try again when i have time.

**THIS IS AN EMAIL**

This scanner will be used with either a department laptop or other individually issued WOU laptop by multiple people (multiple computers) in one location.  I can take delivery any Tuesday, or another day if arranged.  The main users may not be available during the summer.  Is it the sort of thing you could set up and show me how to use?   Or would it be better to take delivery next week and schedule it to be set up later?

Hi Sharyne,

We were just following up with you regarding a service request that we have for you.  (#75956)

Description: NEW EQUIP SETUP: Fujitsu ScanSnap SV600 Contactless Scanner BOOK SCANNER (order#11573)

We were wondering when a good time to set this up would be? We are available Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm. But because of furloughs usually happening on Mondays or Fridays, it would be best to avoid scheduling something on those days, even though it wouldn't be impossible to deliver then.

If you could let us know a time and day that 
someone can show us what machine they would 
like it set up to that would be great. Friday 
is my last day so if you don't get this 
information by then please contact the helpdesk 
at ucshelpdesk@wou.edu. Provide the SR# which 
is 75956 and they will be able to assign it to 
the right person.

We will have to put it together since it comes 
in pieces. Then we will have to install the 
software and test it. Looking at our schedule I 
am wondering if we can set up a time next week 
to do this?

History department that will be the main users.  
One of them might be the better person to do 
this.
