She picked up her laptop on 5/22/2020.  We tested 
the laptop charging in the SRD with her.  She 
returned laptop 20180025[Edit Inv].

When it isn't running all that stuff it charges as you would

Even while running full power with prime95 and maximum 
brightness it is not trickle charing with her regular charger

After taking a look at the laptop it looks like the battery was 
slightly not plugged in correctly as if the little hinge was 
blocking it, one I pulled the battery out and took a made 
sure it was plugged in correctly the laptop was working as it 
is meant to.

User was given loaner 20180025[Edit Inv], her charger's W# does 
not match the laptops so it could be that its too small for 
the laptop, will run tests
