early. She currently has a loaner. It's connected

your computer. I wanted to know a bit more about 
this problem. I've also seen that we have reimaged 
your device three times before, do you get the same 
problem each time? We might be able to replace your 
computer with a new GFA replacement. Feel free to

I have a new batch of mac laptops for GFA on order 
but they have not shipped yet... won't be able to 
replace with new for another week or two...let me or 
Scott know if this really needs to be GFA replaced 
or if you solve its problems

Ran Diognostics and sophos came back fine. Re-
imaged machine. I just talked to Corrie and she 
let me know this was the third re-image we have 
done for the same issues.

I have emailed Tricia to see if we can get a 
replacment for it.

Right now she has loaner with WOU#20150640[Edit Inv]
