Hi Denise,

It looks like the Sophos Central software on the computer W#20121212[Edit Inv] has missed two updates. I noticed this was a laptop so i was wondering if it was on campus or possibly with you at home? Id like to schedule a time to take a look at it to ensure that Sophos is working correctly and protecting your computer. 

We are open 8am-5pm for appointments and accept walk-ins from 9am-12pm. I can also come to you in your office. Let me know what works, have a great day!

What you need to do: Update the computer as follows. In the Sophos Central Admin console, go to the Computers page. Click on the computer name to open its details page and then click Update Now.
