Hi Amy,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76080

Description: MacOS upgrade

Is there a good time that we can get together and 
upgrade your MacOS. I see you are running 10.12 
which is no longer supported by Apple and is a 
security risk. If you know how to upgrade it 
yourself you are free to do so. If you want to 
jump to 10.15 let me know and I will unblock it 
for you. Apple typically recommends only skipping 
one version at a time so it would be safest to go 
to 10.14 first if you decide to do it yourself.
