Since this is on 10.12 I will push 10.14 to avoid 
issues plus I need to check his math software 
isn't 32 bit.

Hi Ben,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76082

Description: MacOS upgrade

We are working on upgrading the Macs around campus 
and I noticed yours is still running 10.12 which 
is no longer supported by Apple and is a security 
risk. If your not using your office machine 
regularly we can go ahead and push the upgrade to 
it now if that works for you.
