Hello,

This laptop is replacing the AV laptop. It's 
located in room 143, it looks like it was used 
for the projectors. I'm not sure if that specific 
laptop required special software, or if it could 
be swapped out. Sorry for the delay, I wasn't in 
the office during the holidays.

Hi Katherine,

I guess I have a couple questions on this as well. What laptop was this replacing? If it was a laptop that we use to make student ID cards on, then Assure ID software needs to be loaded and tested on it. Usually John Rushing has helped with this to make sure that the correct version is loaded and that it connects with an ID card printer as well.  

I am only in the office once a week or so due to furlough, but do check my emails when working remotely. I had a note from a student staff member at the Information Desk from last week that indicated UCS had been trying to contact me. But, I didn't see anything until this email. Sorry about that.

Description: NEW EQUIP SETUP: Deliver Dell Latitude 
5300 laptop(i7-8665U, 4core 1.9GHz) to Werner Univ 
Center 143

I'm Katherine with UCS. We finished the replacement 
for an AV Student ID Card laptop. Is there any 
additional software that is required for this 
computer? If not, I would like to proceed in 
setting up this laptop. Let me know if you any 
preferred dates or times where you would like me to 
do this. If you have any questions feel free to
