Hi Karen,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76142

Description: Computer running slow, reimage needed

I'm Katherine with UCS. I was the person who came 
by a few days ago to help with your computer. I 
found the computer I mentioned, it was a Humanities 
Student worker station. It was having issues, so we 
reimaged it. I'm going to make sure it's up-to-
date, but I would like to meet Friday at 1:15PM. I 
will deliver this computer, and help with 
Hickerson's computer. Let me know if you would 
prefer a different time, I have an option schedule 
right now.

I need to get access to Kimberly Eriksons computer so i can reimage it for her. Paula requested that we do this. When can we schedule a time for us to meet so you can give me access to her office (i am assuming you are the right person to contact). My furlough days are Friday so Monday thru Thursday would be the best times to schedule. Let me know and have a great day!

Thank you all for your help on this.  Kimberly Erickson does all our web and design work.  I jumped on her computer to print something out and was blown away by how incredibly slow it was.

Peter,

Can you work on getting ahold of Karen or Kimberly Erickson? I would like us to try a reimage on this station first since it went out of warranty last month and shouldn't need replacing. Have her back up her files and prep a loaner if needed. I'll create a ticket too.

Hi Megan:

I would like to replace this computer if possible.
It is out of warranty and is apparently not working well.
If it isn't malware or a virus slowing it down, please let Scott know that we would like it replaced with a GFA.

Bill,

I hope this email finds you well.  Things are crazy, but I still want to see if we can speed up Kimberly's computer.  She is in the same office space as Karen Bednarowski, but on the other end.  She  does so much graphic work for us that it seems a shame that her computer operates a glacier-speed.  Her number is 20161003[Edit Inv].

Her pay is so minimal that I do not think that she will be cut, so I would like to move ahead with this, if possible. Lmk what can be done.
