Jodie is coming in mid morning on Monday to drop off her Macbook, she has backed up all her files. She is having an issue with her HD running out of space even though she doesn't have many files on it. She would like it wiped, double check what software is loaded on it. 

She will need an Macbook loaner and be back Tuesday to pick up her machine
