Bev,
Sorry you are having this issue. It looks like you need an BIOS update to get this fixed. When would be a good time for you to bring your laptop by so a tech can do that for you?
Thanks,Megan

Hi,

My laptop appears to be randomly rebooting and then going to an error message about a TPM device not found (pic below). It will then boot okay if I choose the F1 option.

I don't know what is happening when it reboots, I haven't seen it happen yet - I leave it on (but locked) and then come back later and it is at this error screen. Seems to happen about once a day. I ran the diagnostics - the F5 option - and it didn't find any problems.

The WOU code is 20180333[Edit Inv]

Thanks,

Bev
