Hi Katherine,

Yes it is still doing the line.  I am just 
worried that it will get worse and be a problem.  
I am available M, Tu, Th 8a-11:30a and 1:30p-4p 
and W 10a-11:30a and 1:30p-4p.

My office hours have temporarily changed during 
the time period of June 1 through December 31, 
2020.  I will be in the office Monday, Tuesday 
and Thursday, 8am to 5pm.  Please note that our 
office is closed on Fridays so I will be unable 
to read or reply to emails or phone calls.

scanning

I'm Katherine with UCS. We received a task that 
your Brother Scanner was having issues. I'm 
checking-in to see if this is still an ongoing 
issue. If it is, can you send me a list of dates 
and times where I can stop by to help with this 
issue?
