had bad ram. replaced it with some ram out of a broken laptop on the parts shelf. works great now! user unfortunatly wont be back in tilll 9/21

Sounds like she will only be on campus tomorrow, make sure to test the hardware. If she takes the loaner she will have it until mid sept, please fill out loaner and checkouts in portal. Hoping its an easy fix but if its toast its a GFA and we need to send it to Scott for replacement.

User called in saying the laptop is not turning on, she see's lights but nothing on the screen comes up. She will be by tomorrow before 12pm. She needs a loaner
