I need some additional information regarding 
service request #76225

Description:  Brother ImageCenter ADS-2800W 
Wireless Desktop Scanner 

I had a busy day today, and I was unable to stop 
by. I work 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM M,W,TH,F and I can 
schedule you for 3:00 PM on Wednesday or 2:15 PM 
Thursday. Let me know what you would prefer.

Hello Katherine,

I will be in the office and available today after 
2pm or anytime tomorrow between 7am-3pm. 

If neither of those times work for you, please 
let me know your availability the rest of the 
week. I have a few meetings scheduled but I can 
work around them. The Graduate office has a 
flexible schedule (generally starting at 6am) and 
we primarily work remotely but I am happy to 
schedule to be in the office when you are 
available.

I'm not sure how we normally hook these up, Shandelle has done it in the past. I think some have been just locally and others networked. Not sure on how this one is supposed to be setup. Can you work on this, please?
