Hi Daniel,

Yes, I monitor all tech funded printers daily. 
This does not mean that sometimes I do not miss 
one so please contact us at any time for this 
if you see the printer getting low on toner. I 
will make sure to change the toner out once it 
gets to about 2%.

Hi, Shandelle, 

Thanks for following up! We didn't try to 
install any other toner, and we haven't in the 
past. I just saw the message on the printer 
saying that we needed to order yellow toner, so 
I thought I would reach out. 

The printer just says low on yellow toner, not 
out. I didn't know you had access to see it -- 
I thought we needed to let you know when it was 
giving us a warning message like that. I just 
wanted to be prepped and good to go for the 
term! It sounds like we probably have a bit of 
life in the toner before it needs to be 
replaced.

Hi Daniel,
I received a service request for a toner issue 
with the writing center printer. Can I ask 
where you got the toner from for this machine? 
Was it from us? This machine is covered under 
the Student Tech agreement which means we 
supply the toner that we receive from the 
warranty company. If you try to install any 
other toner bought anywhere else it will not 
recognize it. 
Second, Is the printer saying low on toner or 
out of toner. When I log onto the web interface 
of the printer it tells me it has 9% left of 
yellow toner.

The printer in the writing center is out of yellow 
toner, Dan is trying to replace it but it just 
keeps giving him an error
