Hi Katherine,

The issue seems to have resolved itself. I think 
it just needed a reboot after an update. 
Everything is working fine now.

I need some additional information regarding

Description: *9/28 at 8:15* Slow reboot / screen 
share / adobe issues


I'm Katherine from UCS. It looks like you were 
having trouble with your computer and we were 
unable to stop by Monday morning. Are there any 
other days and times you are available for one of 
the techs to come by?

Friday afternoon James was trying to share his 
screen in zoom when it forced his computer to 
shut down. He's also been having adobe issues.
When his computer shut down it took a long time 
to reboot.

He will be in his office at 8:15 Monday morning 
if someone can go take a look
